Gorgeous yellow vintage style Modcloth dress! It's called "Biking through brussels dress" features Navy blue accent buttons and would look fabulous with a navy belt (it did come with one but it is missing). Great for spring and summer. Has pockets and the skirt is lined. Very versatile!!
