Our warehouse is located at Coolum Beach on The Sunshine Coast, Queensland but our customers are all over Australia. We have thousands and thousands of items available at all times but things move quickly and whilst we do our best.. photographing and listing each item is a time consuming task. So. you can imagine how difficult it is to get everything available online so you can see them!

Did you know we offer virtual shopping tours of our warehouse ✅

 Well it's not really a tour but more like a video enabled personal styling session. We love getting to know our customers and whilst we have an easy to use website for our interstate customers some people are just not that confident with the whole online shopping thing. And to be honest, if you someone who appreciates good customer service... then online shopping is not that fun.

During the Pandemic, when we had to shut the doors and many people were staying away from public spaces we started offering our regular customers the opportunity to break the solitude and get their "Bowerbird" fix from the comfort of their own couch. These sessions were lots of fun, especially as most of my customers got to boss me around, ask live questions and see a large variety of garments in their size... what a novel experience to sit on the lounge, wine in hand and watch a real person show you everything in your size and then measure it right in front of you to see if it would be a a good fit..    

 


As our customer base continues to expand throughout Australia we have decided to start offering these sessions again. Are you thinking "where do I sign up?" It's easy.. just follow these steps.

  • Select and purchase your package.

  • Complete the detailed Style Profile so Rosie has a complete overview of your body shape, likes and dislikes, brand preferences, wardrobe and style needs. You will need to fill in all required fields before being able to proceed. Provide as much information as possible, including your shopping budget as this will allow Rosie to create a very tailored personal Style Guide for you with attainable pieces and outfits.

  • Supply pics There is also an optional field for you to add your social media handles to allow me to access images of you, or once you have completed the Style Profile you can also email these through separately to hello@myvirtualstylist.com.au

  • Nominate your preferred time for the initial consultation Once you have completely checked out and paid for your package all these details will be sent to Rosie who will be in touch via email to lock in your ZOOM video consultation time.

  • Schedule in your one-on-one consult When Rosie emails you to confirm a date and time to schedule in your one-on-one video consult - she will also send her How To Declutter & Create A Classic Core Wardrobe Guide so you can prepare your wardrobe for the consult. She may ask some for some additional information regarding your Style Profile.

  • Start Decluttering Your Wardrobe Use Rosie's How To Declutter Your Wardrobe guide to start sorting through and cleaning out your wardrobe in preparation for your first consult.

     

  • Create an account and sign up to our newsletter (signup form below) to receive Rosie's free How To Declutter Your Wardrobe guide. From here start sorting through and cleaning out your wardrobe.

  • The Styling Session/s During the time to discuss all the information you gave in your Style Profile, plus any other details about your style likes/dislikes and what you want to get out of this personal styling service. Prior to your initial consult, you might want to send through any images of items you need Rosie to keep in mind when putting together your personal Style Guide or want advice on how to wear or whether to keep, donate or have tailored. If you've chosen to have a video call you can show them to Rosie in real time and discuss the best solution.

  • Preparation of your Personal Style Guide Following the phone consult, Rosie will go away and put together your personal Style Guide based on the information provided in the completed Style Profile and discussed in the consultation.

  • You Have Mail Your personal Style Guide and Shopping Edit will be delivered to you via email within 5-7 days from The Styling Session ( or by a specific date if Rosie can accommodate).

  • Go forth and Shop If you have purchased the virtual option of Express Style Reboot, Style Reboot, Elevate My Personal Brand or Image Rebrand packages you now have the option to shop the pieces selected for you directly from your Personalised Shopping Edit OR...

  • Shop & Ship It To Me Rosie will shop and deliver your Personalised Shopping Edit to you. Discuss payment and particulars of Shop & Deliver service in your consult to enable the final steps of purchasing, outfitting and having your new wardrobe delivered to your doorstep.

    You can add Shop & Ship Service to Express Style Reboot and Style Reboot. Elevate My Personal Brand or Image Rebrand packages include the Shop & Ship service.

  • In-person Styling Sessions If you have purchased our Style Reboot, Elevate My Personal Brand or Image Rebrand packages you can also choose to work 1:1 with Rosie in-person. For Style Reboot you get 1 x 4H in-person session, and for Elevate My Personal Brand you get 2 X 4H in-person sessions. The Image Rebrand package also includes a 4H Styled Branding Photoshoot. These sessions take place in Sydney, but can be arranged in other states*

     

  • Our payment options are Credit (Rosie will send you a Payment request for the amount owing, which can be paid with your credit card) Pay Pal, Stripe or a direct deposit for the total amount of the items you wish to have purchased into our bank account. If you choose to pay with Pay Pal or Stripe, a money request for the total amount of all the items to be purchased will be sent to you and will need to accepted and paid for before anything is purchased.

  • Follow-up Consultations All packages include a follow-up consultation and/or ongoing contact with Rosie for between 4-8 weeks so you can talk through any questions / concerns regarding your style and become fully confident in dressing with intention.

  • Return of Shop & Deliver items

    Don't like / want to keep all of the items delivered to you? Notify Rosie within three days from delivery via hello@myvirtualstylist.com.au She will provide the best return instructions for how to get them back to her, and will take care of the rest. Once items have been received back, Rosie will inspect them to ensure they are still in brand new condition with tags attached and issue you a refund in the same way you have paid. *.
